Director - Musculoskeletal and Pain Specialist
Paul is a FRANZCR-accredited consultant radiologist with subspecialty training in musculoskeletal imaging and image-guided pain intervention. He completed his fellowship at South Coast Radiology and has worked across both metropolitan and regional settings.
Paul currently leads Salt Radiology and was previously the clinical director of Darling Downs Radiology, a high-volume regional practice in Toowoomba. In this role, he was responsible for clinical oversight, protocol optimisation, and the integration of efficient diagnostic workflows to support a broad referring base.
His practice is built on diagnostic accuracy, workflow efficiency and strong clinical communication. Paul provides both remote and on-site reporting and is committed to supporting healthcare providers with flexible, high-quality radiology services.
Outside of reporting, Paul is involved in developing scalable digital radiology and pathology models across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
General Radiologist and Nuclear Medicine Specialist
Brook is a dual-trained radiologist and nuclear medicine specialist with a strong focus on digital innovation, medical education and diagnostic workflow optimisation.
He is the co-founder and director of Theia Diagnostics, where he leads initiatives to modernise pathology and radiology services through scalable digital infrastructure. Brook is passionate about integrating technology that improves reporting efficiency, clinical collaboration and patient outcomes.

Jack is a general radiologist with experience across both public and private healthcare settings. He provides comprehensive diagnostic reporting across multiple modalities, with a focus on clinical clarity, consistency, and timely turnaround.
Jack supports Salt Radiology with both remote and on-site services, offering adaptable coverage to meet the needs of regional and metropolitan practices. His collaborative approach and commitment to quality reporting make him a valued contributor to multidisciplinary care.
Jack begins subspecialist training in musculoskeletal imaging in 2025 in the UK to continue his pursuit of excellence in reporting.
